Use the Keyword Manager to send SMS messages to groups now.
“What if the sender did not have access to the Internet but still wanted to use SMSGlobal’s services to send an SMS to a group already configured on MXT?” was a question that came up during one of our value innovation talks. We quickly discovered that we could use Dedicated Numbers to send SMS to groups using our robust Keyword Manager. Therefore, we made it possible to forward to groups by using a keyword.
Forward to Groups is a new option that appears when you create a new keyword for a dedicated number. Your Automatic Response is automatically forwarded to the selected contact groups when you send an SMS with that keyword to your designated number.

Look Up Child Accounts
We know you did not love it in the past if you had a lot of child accounts and had to scroll endlessly to find the one you were looking for. The ability to look for a child account using its display name or username has now been added. Simple, isn’t it?
The reports section is now available in the outgoing area.
Instead of opening in the Dashboard, the Reports link under the main navigation on the left now opens straight in the popular Outgoing page. In this manner, as soon as a campaign is completed, you are immediately given with the most sought-after information. How awesome is that?
The accounts of your children are now arranged alphabetically.
Those who would rather read through a lengthy list to find a child account will now benefit from the default alphabetical sorting. The new search feature is always available for the remainder.
